Dame Melbourne is recruiting an experienced manager to become the face of a new hospitality institution.
- Monday - Friday, no late nights

Sitting at the front of the iconic Collins Place at Melbourne's Paris-end, we are looking for an experienced leader, committed to an exceptional service experience across a high energy breakfast, lunch and twilight servce. All-day dining, Industry Beans coffee & a concise bar offering inside a stunning fit-out, Dame has become the place to meet at the Paris end of Collins St.

Dame offers:

Managing Dame will require professionalism befitting the corporate location and an old-school sense of hospitality intuition. You will manage the day-to-day operations including rosters, wage costs, recruitment & training, and collaborate with the head chef and the kitchen team to ensure the quality, consistency and service delivery is second to none.

Are you:

- Passionate about hospitality, excellent service, great food and working with good people
- Previously experienced in a leadership role within a fast-paced cafe environment
- Exceptionally organised and committed to the highest of standards
- Excited to continue to grow and make your mark at Dame
- Possessing the business acumen to work across and follow financial budgets
- Experienced barista to support our head barista and the coffee team
- Good conversational local wine, cocktail and spirits knowledge
- Skilled to expand the beverage offer, making it your own
- An effective communicator, especially when under pressure
- Available full time, Monday to Friday

Dame has a catering and events manager assisting with daily reservations and offering high-profile exclusive events into the early evening. There is a significant opportunity for the right person to make their mark and grow Dame with this opportunity and the support of a structured established team.
