**Hours**: Full time (45hrs per week)

Located in Southbank, Bluetrain is an iconic 220 seat restaurant and bar seeking a passionate and motivated Venue Manager to assist in the continued growth of the business.

As a strong leader, you will possess an ability to work in a fast-paced, service orientated environment whilst maintaining the highest of standards. Our customers are extremely important to us, and as the face of Bluetrain you will responsible for leading and developing the team in the delivery of exceptional customer service levels. This is a remarkable opportunity. The team strives to be the best in every aspect of operation, providing a positive, inclusive and welcoming culture for both colleagues and customers.

**Hours of Operation**: Tuesday through Saturday.

**Duties**: Some of the duties you will be required to perform include:

- Hiring and Training new staff
- Office and Admin duties including financials
- Stock and ordering
- Shift Management
- Reporting to Owners/Directors

**Experience Required**: min 3 years in relevant role

**Salary**: $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
