Lite n' Easy is looking for a Quality Systems Lead, an instrumental role to help support with Quality Systems management. This role will join our dynamic team to provide support to ensure that systems, processes, and procedures are implemented, consistently met and continually improved.
**Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Internal auditing
HACCP Support
Document Management and Regulatory Compliance
Non-Conformance Reporting
Maintaining product holds and records
Actively engage in the management of the site's Hold & Release program to ensure the manufacture of all products is in strict compliance to all Quality System requirements
Data analysis to enable continuous improvement in all aspects of product quality to drive growth by reductions in consumer complaints, deviation to scheduled processes, manufacturing losses and product out-of-specification
Lead assigned key improvement initiatives as required
**What You'll Bring**:
Experience with HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points)
Experience with Internal and external compliance audits
2-3-year previous experience in a similar role within the food manufacturing industry
Computer skills (Web based, word, excel etc) is a must
Excellent communication skills with the ability to enable effective collaboration with individuals at all organisational levels
Formal qualifications in Food Science, highly regarded
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Commitment to safe work practices.
A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
