**About the role.**
- Answering incoming calls, responding to questions and enquiries
- Data Entry and processing of jobs
- Liaise with customers offering updates on daily operational events
- Answering live chats from the website

**What we are looking for.**
- This role would suit someone with 1 - 2 years' experience working within a call centre environment
- Clear and confident communications skills
- Excellent Computer and Administration skills are required..
- Being able to work effectively in a team environment often having to multi-task

The role is based in Mulgrave with free onsite parking
