Customer Service Opportunity

We are currently looking to recruit a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Professional to join our team.

  • As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound phone calls, dealing with challenging customers in a professional manner, booking jobs with customers and scheduling technician job runs, and maintaining relationships with internal staff and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience working in an office environment with a strong call centre and customer service focus, be highly organized with a proven record of juggling multiple tasks and demands, and possess clear verbal communication skills, accurate data entry skills, and the ability to form and maintain strong working relationships with customers and technicians.
