Overview

Junior Customer Call Centre Operator – WFH after training

My client is seeking experienced Inbound Customer Service Representatives to join their team on Swan St, Richmond, due to growth during peak times. Intake commencement date: Monday, 20 October.

Responsibilities
  • Handle high volume inbound calls to assist customers via the phone and meet their needs
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times
  • Contribute to business success by making recommendations for improvement and taking ownership of your own results
  • Meet high standards for call handling times and call quality
  • Experience with Salesforce highly regarded
What You Will Do
  • Training period: 6 weeks of training based at the above location, 9am–5pm
  • Post-training: this role will be based from home, 4 days a week, with 1 compulsory day per week required from the CBD
  • Rotating roster after training from 8am to 8pm (work-from-home will be assessed based on performance KPIs at 8 weeks)
  • No leave allowed strictly until January 2026
  • National Public Holidays will be standard days off
  • Working with a close-knit team that supports each other and celebrates team wins
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Inbound customer service experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Salesforce experience is preferred
  • Police check and Drug & Alcohol testing required
