About the role
This is a full-time Inbound Sales Representative position based in Keysborough, Victoria. You will be joining the dynamic team at Safety Xpress, a leading provider of workplace safety solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound sales enquiries and providing exceptional customer service to help customers find the right products and services to meet their needs.
What you'll be doing
- Answering inbound sales calls and emails from customers
- Assisting customers with product selection and providing detailed information on features and benefits
- Upselling and cross-selling relevant products and services to meet customer requirements
- Providing a high level of customer service and following up on enquiries in a timely manner
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Identifying and reporting on sales trends and growth opportunities
- Collaborating with the wider team to achieve individual and department sales targets
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the call centre or retail environment
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within a call centre environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficient with computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of workplace safety products and services would be highly regarded
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets with demonstrable KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, average order value)
- Must have the right to work in Australia and be able to pass pre-employment checks
