We are currently seeking a reliable & motivated office administrator for a Full-Time position at our Garage Door factory in Punchbowl. We pride ourselves in our relationships, attention to detail and professional services.
This junior role is an excellent opportunity for someone wanting to begin their career in administration as full training will be provided for you on the job You will be part of an administration team working in a supportive environment with a great team culture.
The role
Your responsibilities will vary but will include (but are not limited to) the following:
Answering Phones & Directing Calls
Processing Customer Enquiries
Keeping our clients updated on the progress of their garage doors
Ordering and monitoring of construction materials according to stages of build
Data Entry & Updating Data Bases
Scanning, Copying, Faxing and Filing
Booking service appointments
Completing relevant applications and lodgments regarding construction and development
Assist Office Manager when necessary
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:
Previous experience within the construction/building industry preferred, not necessary
Articulate, Professional and Presentable
Strong Time Management
Ability to prioritise a variety of tasks
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Computer Literate (Intermediate Microsoft Office & MYOB)
Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a cohesive team
Work well under pressure, patient and well composed
