**Job Description**:
Some of your key responsibilities will include the following:

- Collate sales data and formulate presentations as required.
- Assist with project launches and lead the operational coordination.
- Liaise with purchasers, vendors, settlement coordinators, and other stakeholders.
- Assist Project Manager when required with database call lists for agents and manage enquiry distribution to Sales Agents.
- Prepare weekly roster, ensuring coverage across displays and even distribution between sales team.
- Create invoices as required for General Agency and Project Marketing.
- Provide support to the finance division in peak periods.

**Qualifications**:
The skills and experience you will bring to this role include:

- Recent experience in a role with transferrable skills, preferably within the residential property space.
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office Skills in particular Excel.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Real Estate License or desire to obtain promptly.
