Sales Associate

Job Description:

The role of a Sales Associate is multifaceted and highly engaging. You will be the face of our organization, guiding prospective customers through the home buying process.

You will work with a dynamic team of professionals showcasing our range of exceptional residential construction projects and assisting clients in finding the perfect home that suits their needs and preferences.

Your day-to-day tasks will involve but not be limited to:

  • Managing the front desk of the display home, greeting all customers, maintaining customer information
  • Supporting the team with administrative tasks, including document preparation and record-keeping
  • Collaborating with the Sales consultant to assist in marketing and promoting the company's residential housing product
  • Presentation of our Centre
  • Developing strong relationships with potential home buyers
  • Handing out marketing material, registering leads, and maintaining the professional presentation of the display homes and sales office

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A natural communicator with a personable approach
  • Ability to work 5 days including weekends
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
  • Highly energetic, self-motivated, and a fast learner
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team and individually
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
