We are seeking a qualified accountant or finance professional who is passionate about numbers and spreadsheets. The position is a part of our Business Operations team and will have significant involvement in pricing and related aspects of the commercial function.

**What will I be doing day to day?**
- Build, maintain and administer commercial related worksheets and documents
- Coordinate executed commercial agreements as per pre-contract processes
- Prepare DocuSign envelopes for signature
- Assist with commercial escalations and contract extensions
- Prepare, review and update pricing for projects using pricing tools
- Provide guidance to pricing and bid support meetings as required by the Sales/Bid team
- Assist the Commercial Lead with projects and task as required

**What sort of skills do I need?**
- Demonstrated experience in a pricing or accounting related role
- Accounting qualifications or similar (highly desirable)
- Advanced Excel (macros & VBA desirable but not essential)
- Good communication skills - communicates with all levels
- Australian citizenship and the ability to obtain a security clearance
