**Office based area manager to lead our sales merchandising team - Flexible, Part-Time Role**
Are you a highly organised multitasker with a knack for admin, and team support? We're looking for a proactive and confident area manager to help keep our team running smoothly. No prior experience is required—we'll provide all the training you need.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on organisation, enjoys working with people, and is confident in sales and supporting a team.
**What You'll Be Doing**:
- **Plan & coordinate** team journey routes and schedules each month.
- **Recruit & onboard** new team members (interviewing, hiring, training)
- **Ensure KPI success** by supporting and guiding the team
- **Train & develop** new and existing team members
- **Support the sales team** in presenting products to IGAs and pharmacies
This is a mix of an administrative role with a focus on team management and support. Sales experience is preferred and a confident personality and interest in admin/ HR, will help you excel.
**What You'll Need to Succeed**:
- **Strong organisational skills** and attention to detail
- **Proficiency in MS Office** (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- **Confidence in training and mentoring team members**:
- **A team-player attitude with a strong work ethic**:
- Sales experience (preferred but not required)
- **A valid driver's license**
**The Details**:
**Part-time**: Monday to Friday, **9:00 AM - 3:00 PM** (~27 hours per week)
