Are you super organised and looking for an office based role? We are currently looking for a passionate, experienced Merchandiser Manager to join our team. This position is unique, in that the team that you are managing are remote.

This position will suit a sales representative who is looking for a flexible role without all the travel, or a merchandiser with great organisational skills and desire to learn new skills. You might also be suitable if you have a background in sales and are great at organisation (please tell us in your cover letter).

The position will be mostly based out of our office in Underwood to provide merchandising management and admin support, with great support from a local manager and a team based here in QLD.
- Must be self-motivated, persistent, and able to autonomously manage various activities.
- **1+ years working experience in FMCG sales, preferably in independent supermarkets. (highly desirable)**:

- Strong computer skills in MS Office suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent presentation and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Assistance with territory coverage in terms of planograms/ territory relief.
- Effectively managing your team by managing KPIs, as well as training, development and performance management
- Regular reporting and communications on field operations performance.
- Plan, conduct and analyse sales calls in support of territory plan.

Joining a proactive and collaborative team you will be self-motivated and solution oriented. You will possess an unstoppable drive to improve existing processes and sales execution excellence. Previous experience in a team leadership role within the FMCG industry is highly desired, however we are able to train the right person.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Flexible hours
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
