A&C Marketing Manager

This role will be responsible for the planning and delivery of Sky Sports biggest advertising campaigns to support the business' acquisition and retention efforts. The Advertising & Campaign Marketing Manager will take the lead on campaign planning and delivery including briefing creative and media agencies with a focus on running campaigns to evolve Sky Sports to becoming a more accessible, entertaining, and inclusive brand to drive greater appeal amongst U35 and women sports fans, whilst retaining our core sports fans.

You will support a variety of cross department initiatives to maintain an always-on drumbeat of campaign activity to drive customers to upgrade to Sky Sports, driving regular consumption of all sporting content to boost retention and drive viewership and engagement across Sky Sports various channels including the Sky Sports app and social channels. You'll be a key part of supporting the business to drive engagement for all Sky Sports campaigns across internal teams, external rights holder and media partners.

What you'll do:

- Develop & deliver clear, concise marketing briefs
- Deliver through-the-line advertising campaigns across multiple media channels, maintaining creative consistency, pushing innovation, and driving commercial performance
- Own day-to-day agency relationship with our agencies.
- Act as a brand owner, lead contact and guardian to ensure all work meets guidelines
- Build and maintain brilliant collaborative relationships with multiple departments
- Produce practical and insightful evaluation of marketing activity and present to the wider team and senior stakeholders

What you'll bring:

- Experience running through the line marketing campaigns
- Strong communication skills - whether verbal, written or presentation - communication is key. You'll work with various teams so being able to provide clear feedback is vital
- Attention to detail and a proactive nature when leading or supporting on projects
- Excellent time management skills - you'll be able to manage and deliver multiple campaigns or projects at any given time.
- The ability to work at pace and a resilient nature to adapt to changing business needs
- A passion and knowledge of all sports and a willingness to learn about new ones
