As a seasoned marketing leader, you will have the opportunity to drive customer growth and build a strong brand in Tasmania's energy market. Solstice Energy is seeking an experienced professional to lead our marketing team and develop innovative strategies that balance customer acquisition and retention.

About the Role

This is a hands-on and strategic leadership role where you will shape customer growth, oversee marketing campaigns, and be the advisor for marketing across the business. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and mentoring a small, dynamic marketing team
  • Developing and delivering innovative marketing strategies that drive customer growth and retention
  • Managing brand positioning to strengthen loyalty and community connection in Tasmania
  • Overseeing go-to-market planning, product development, and customer value propositions
  • Using customer, market, and competitor insights to drive decision-making
  • Collaborating with agencies, vendors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
About You

We are looking for a candidate with 8+ years of senior marketing or product leadership experience, who has a strong understanding of customer experience, brand, and go-to-market strategies. You should also have:

  • Proven ability to manage agencies, partners, and third-party providers
  • Excellent financial literacy and commercial acumen
  • A track record of inspiring and motivating teams to deliver results
  • Energy industry experience (highly desirable)
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, or Commerce
