Lead Business Growth

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive major growth opportunities and lead the development of next-gen AI telecom solutions in Australia.

  • Own and grow key accounts, driving revenue growth across software, services, and strategic programs.
  • Position the AI-powered network configuration and optimisation platform as a core enabler of business transformation.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships, influencing at C-suite and senior leadership levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex sales cycles, from opportunity identification through to negotiation and closure.
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Provide market insights to shape go-to-market strategy in Australia and beyond.

Requirements:

  • Proven success leading large enterprise accounts in the telecoms sector (experience in Telstra highly desirable).
  • Deep understanding of telco network operations, OSS / BSS, or AI-driven automation solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and close at executive levels.
