Marketing Testing Manager

As part of our journey to becoming Europe's most effective advertiser we are building a media strategy and testing department to sit within the Media Strategy and Performance team. The team will own the development of best practice strategic guidelines for all markets based on the insight generated from a full range of advanced measurement tools and methodologies, including a new A/B testing capability. The new testing team will craft, deploy and evaluate marketing tests, integrating results with econometrics and scaling via our strategic media 'Golden Rules'.

What you'll do:

- Support the marketing effectiveness programme at Sky working closely with internal and external partners
- Support wider Media Strategy team in developing and championing adoption of best practice guidelines by marketing verticals and external agencies
- Be responsible for the creative process for testing, acting as the main point of coordination between our Media Strategy & Performance team, Vertical Managers and Sky's internal creative agency
- Brief internal teams to produce new assets or identify existing creatives to equip the Testing team with assets required to carry out outstanding media testing
- Work closely with the Media Testing Lead and Measurement Lead to make sure creatives address the testing agenda and help drive business impact, while meeting measurement needs
- Responsible for producing a creative matrix for each round of testing to ensure all formats and versions are accounted for, and all partner requirements met within the agreed testing timelines
- Work with the Media Testing Lead to identify 'Golden Rules' for media and creative which have been validated through testing
- Collate results from marketing tests which are happening across the business

What you'll bring:

- Client and/or agency (media or creative) experience, knowledge of digital and/or ATL media expertise
- Experience of Regional Testing is desirable but not essential
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience of working with cross-functional teams
- Strategic problem solver with a clear track record of success, balancing ambition with feasibility
- Organised and methodical, with good time management skills
