**About Us**
Based in Bayswater, this window and door manufacturer is currently looking for a highly motivated, person who is a driven and skilled individual to take ownership of their customers within the service department. Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, your main duty will be to support the office with administrative assistance on preparing service bookings, processing, scheduling, and invoicing purchase orders while communicating with customers. Each customer experience is a different and this position will involve you to think outside the box while you utilise your patience, attention to detail and customer service skills to provide positive outcomes.
**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Coordination and scheduling of installers/service technicians to job sites
- Liaise with customers to ensure efficient after sales support
- Deal with customers over the phone in a professional manner
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and handle return orders
- Interact daily with the departments of service, manufacturing, or sales
**Qualifications and Experience**
- preferably a background in the manufacturing, building, construction, retail trade industry
- Proficient in all aspects of administration with a keen eye for accuracy
- Professional phone manner and enjoy dealing with customer enquiries
- Demonstrated experience working within a busy office environment
This is an opportunity for the person with a trade, service, sales, or administrative background who has computer knowledge and enjoys dealing with customers. You will have clear and concise communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines with the passion and energy to achieve target.
