About the role
Permanent, fixed term temporary part time and full time opportunity to manage the co-ordination and implementation of selected programmes of work in collaboration with the Healthcare Excellence and Innovation team and relevant stakeholders. Lead program and change management process within a complex health system that facilitate best practice and address the quintuple aims of a high performing health system.
About you
- Develop effective professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders to effectively support the development, promotion and implementation of projects and project activities.
- Provide coordination, advice, and guidance to relevant stakeholders in relation to project activities.
- Proactively monitor and report progress against projects to achieve deliverables, and as necessary recommend and seek advice, and oversee remedial and corrective action where progress falls outside agreed project scope escalate concerns appropriately.
