Job Role
As a Dispute Resolution Specialist, you will work within a centre of excellence for complaint resolution, delivering fair and timely outcomes for complainants. You'll adhere to RG271 guidelines and be responsible for the end-to-end complaint handling process for simple and complex superannuation complaints.
Required Skills and Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in the financial services dispute resolution domain.
Superannuation experience is highly desirable.
A customer-focused mindset with experience in a customer-facing role.
Exceptional negotiation skills.
The ability to take ownership of your caseload and make effective decisions.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
Commercial acumen.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Resilience and tenacity.
Team collaboration skills.
