**A New Homes Project Co-ordinator, with us, involves**:

- Being an integral part of our dynamic Commercial team and providing a solid platform of administrative and service support to the Key Account Managers and their portfolio of clients.
- Assisting with quotations, orders, queries, deliveries and aftersales service across a wide variety of clients including builders, developers, construction companies, architects, commercial plumbers, project management companies, designers and other trade related companies.
- Accurately using systems and tools to track and record relevant information and sales related data.

**Here's what we're looking for**:

- Demonstrable experience in an administrative support and co-ordination role within a sales (or related) environment.
- A customer centric approach to problem-solving and communicating.
- Strength in organisation, time management and attention to detail.
- Competent MS Office skills and technological literacy.
- A mindset that is stimulated by learning and continuous improvement.
- A team player, through and through.
