Guided by research, we are embracing new technology, service delivery methods, and innovative ways of working.About the RoleWe are seeking an enthusiastic Clinical Lead with broad healthcare experience to join our team.Responsibilities include:Leading the establishment and management of a centralized Hospital in the Home (HITH) program for St Vincent's private patients.Providing effective leadership to virtual and home care teams, ensuring excellence in clinical practice, patient care, and experience.Developing and overseeing processes for patient referrals into HITH and ongoing clinical care coordination.Delivering high-quality nursing services within professional boundaries, including assessment, care planning, treatment, and review of patients.Contributing to the development and delivery of virtual care solutions nationally, supporting emerging models and innovations.Driving service improvement initiatives and program growth nationally.Collaborating with stakeholders including St Vincent's colleagues and external providers.Your ContributionMinimum 5 years of postgraduate experience.Minimum 2 years of nursing leadership experience in acute, emergency, or community settings.Current nursing registration with AHPRA, a valid driver's license, and access to a reliable car.Supporting an environment of excellence that empowers team members.Promoting idea sharing and innovative solutions within teams.Commitment to collaborative teamwork and developing quality, innovative care models.BenefitsGenerous salary packaging to increase take-home pay.Employee Assistance Program for employees and families.Access to Fitness Passport (discounted gym and leisure memberships).
