Job Description:

The Lead Clinical Services Manager role at Farmfield Hospital offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced healthcare leader to join a dynamic and supportive mental health service.

You will have overall responsibility for the clinical and administrative operations of the hospital, leading a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care and performance. This is a chance to make a significant impact in a fast-paced and rewarding organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leading the full clinical and administrative management of Farmfield Hospital
  • Ensuring excellent patient care and quality standards
  • Meeting performance targets and driving continuous improvement
  • Developing the hospital's strategy and promoting its reputation
  • Engaging with provider collaboratives and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Excellent track record in a management role within the healthcare sector
  • Clinical background in mental health services and strong leadership skills
  • Ability to drive performance and implement change through inclusive and supportive leadership
  • Knowledge of clinical and non-clinical operational activities within a health sector organization
  • Working knowledge of the NHS and Independent Healthcare sectors
