**About the Company**

This successful multinational business delivers innovative and market-leading engineering and construction (EPC) services to customers requiring mission-critical power solutions. This includes both on-grid and off-grid permanent and standby power for clients operating within infrastructure, heavy industry, mining, oil & gas and large commercial buildings including data centres and hospitals. **Key Accountabilities**

Reporting to the General Manager the Head of Business Development / Head of Project Sales will collaborate with the internal bid team, engineering, project managers, finance and marketing, along with other business unit managers to increase sales opportunities and maximise project revenue for the company. You will manage and coach a national team of experienced business development managers tasked with delivering a $100 million dollar plus sales budget (forecast to double in five years). You are accountable for implementing national growth strategies for key accounts, develop long-lasting business relationships and negotiating with key customers, industry partners and stakeholders.
