Capability Development Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Capability Development professional to join our team on a permanent basis.
This is an exciting opportunity for security cleared individuals with experience in defence projects, including project management, engineering, commercial, and ICT.
The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a small high-performing team.
They will be able to bring an agile and innovative approach to tasks, demonstrate initiative and proactive behaviours, and deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide effective handover of material, tasks, and products to key stakeholders
- Assist in managing PMO deliverables, including providing key documents and stakeholder engagement activities
- Define the capability roadmap and strategise plans and schedules
- Assist in planning and resource mapping
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of defence projects, with experience in areas such as project management, engineering, commercial, and ICT. They will also be highly motivated, adaptable, and committed to delivering outstanding outcomes.
