The NCS Training and Capability Leader will be responsible for ensuring that our team provides a quality learning experience for its inductions and enhancement in overall capability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage our quarterly/annual training calendar
  • Review, develop, and maintain high-quality training material
  • Coordinate onboarding experience and facilitate induction training
  • Evaluate and track the competency level of individual trainees and provide feedback
  • Work with key stakeholders and culture teams to conduct TNA and determine optimal actions
  • Collaborate with support teams and leadership to drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure accurate attendance and other training records
  • Participate in quality assurance processes and influence exceptional customer service

About You:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, documentation, and computer skills, presentation, and public speaking skills
  • Able to present complex concepts in simple terms
  • A self-starter who takes pride in their work and adapts to changing environments
  • An excellent listener who can effectively communicate with diverse individuals and foster an inclusive work environment
