ABOUT THE ROLEWhat a day typical day will look like:Booking and scheduling work in progressLiaising with customers throughout their machine repairsProviding clear, accurate and timely information for machine repairs and Used Equipment build upsQuotations following inspection work.Managing invoices to ensure pricing and product/machine component details are clearEffectively liaising with other departments to deliver effective solutionsABOUT YOUYou'll bring a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and strong organisational skills to the role.
While not essential, a background in the mechanical trade would be a valuable bonus.To be successful in this role you will require the following skills and attributes:Ability to develop and maintain long term internal and externalrelationshipsExcellent organisational skills and the ability to handle several tasks simultaneouslyOperational experience within the heavy mechanical industry desirableA strong commitment to safety, health & environment proceduresWhy work for us?
