Customer Service Coordinator

About the Position- Provide exceptional customer service via phone calls, responding to queries and resolving issues effectively.
- Process orders accurately, ensuring correct item codes and products are keyed on the invoice.
- Identify and recommend suitable product alternatives for out-of-stock items and promote slow-moving products to customers.
- Promote upselling opportunities to existing customers and provide delivery information in response to customer inquiries.
