Job Overview

This is a 12-month fixed-term assignment at a government agency in Victoria, Australia.

As a Support Officer, you will provide counter/reception support for the local office, including handling enquiries at self-help kiosks and online support.

  • Manage and resolve matters by actioning planning tasks.
  • Resolve customer enquiries, provide information, and refer customers to appropriate government or community services.
  • Manage the team shared email inbox, appointments, and telephone enquiries.
  • Coordinate appointments using office facilities and ensure accessibility for participants.
  • Undertake research and investigation activities, and prepare associated reports and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry activities and ensure follow-up is completed.
  • Receive and record complaints and other feedback.
