About the Role:
- To provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors and healthcare professionals
- To manage administrative tasks such as answering calls, preparing correspondence and maintaining accurate records
- To coordinate with staff from various departments to ensure smooth hospital operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to patient inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Preparing and sending correspondence, reports and other documents as required
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions and hospital activities
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly developed organisational skills with ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
