As an **Administration Coordinator** based at our Toowoomba site, you will be part of a passionate team that helps create opportunities for people with disability to thrive at work. Your role is essential in keeping the day-to-day operations running smoothly, while contributing to a workplace culture centred around people, purpose and possibility.

Day to day you will be providing a variety of administrative support duties and task that ensure the smooth running of the work site. You will be using multiple finance admin software to maintain bookkeeping records or generating purchase orders.

To be successful in this role you will have a background and understanding of business administration and finance systems. You will have prior experience in bookkeeping and account management. You will have strong stakeholder engagement and communications skills with genuine customer service.

**In this role your responsibilities are to**:

- Support peers and work leaders in delivering the best outcomes for our customers.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
- Handle office correspondence including phone calls, direct and respond to inquiries, and mail distribution
- Provide site-level administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
- Support onboarding of new staff by ensuring systems access and documentation are in place.
- Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure the organisation of documents (both physical and digital).
- Ability to build collaborative relationships with customers and colleagues to achieve optimal business outcomes.
- Organise digital and physical filing systems and maintain accurate data entry and records.

**What you can bring to the team**:

- Qualification in Business Admin or Relevant, _Desirable_
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Previous experience in administration or business support roles.
- Highly organised with the ability to juggle tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to adapt to change.
- A customer-first mindset and passion for purpose-driven work.
