About This Opportunity:

As a Construction Administration Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of major civil projects within the Toowoomba Region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support for project teams, including preparation of purchase orders and other documentation.
  • Assist with report preparation and project variation administration.
  • Drafting and executing subcontract agreements with suppliers.
  • Compliance administration support, including quality assurance activities.
  • Maintaining accurate records and files, both physical and electronic.
  • Inputting data into various site registers and maintaining coordination of all site documentation.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of [insert time] experience in an administration role within the construction industry or similar.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Administrative Support

Communication Skills

Organizational Skills

Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, the successful candidate will be able to manage competing deadlines and maintain accuracy in their work.

Technical Skills

Familiarity with Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Outlook, and Word, is a must.
