This position will also provide coaching, mentoring and support to stakeholders, including families, support workers and managers, to ensure these groups are competent and responsible in the implementation of support strategies and plans. Futhermore, in this role you will monitor and adhere to changes to the NDIS quality safeguards commission, ensure the organisation's compliancy with policies, maintain data base systems regarding Behavioural Support Plans, produce monthly report, conduct the Postiive Behaviour Support Champions group, and more.
