Behavioural Specialist

A Behavioural Specialist will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable individuals within the community by acting as an advocate and positive influence.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate, create and implement evidence-based support plans to enhance participant outcomes
- Develop meaningful objectives and practical strategies using a positive behaviour support framework to drive success
- Foster the knowledge, skills and strengths of those who support participants in their lives through tailored guidance and mentorship
- Collaborate effectively within a multi-disciplinary team environment to achieve shared goals
To be successful in this position, you will possess:
- Registration as a suitable or core NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner
- Completion of a degree-level qualification in an allied health profession or related field
- Experience in creating, implementing and reviewing behaviour support plans or experience working professionally and/or personally with disability and challenging behaviours
- A genuine passion for working within the Disability sector and driving positive change
