**About the Role**
As an **Injury Management Coordinator**, you will play a key role in **supporting employees through injury recovery and return-to-work processes**. This role requires **strong relationship-building skills** and the ability to navigate a **fast-paced, ever-changing environment**.
You will work closely with **employees, medical professionals, insurers, and internal stakeholders** to ensure that injury management and return-to-work strategies are implemented effectively. A background in **occupational rehabilitation, case management, or return-to-work coordination** will be highly regarded.
**Responsibilities**
- Support **early intervention and return-to-work programs** for injured employees.
- Work closely with **doctors, insurers, and internal teams** to facilitate recovery.
- Ensure **timely processing of claims and injury-related documentation**.
- Assist with developing and coordinating **graduated return-to-work plans**.
- Provide **coaching and training to managers** on injury management best practices.
- Maintain compliance with **workers' compensation policies and legal requirements**.
- Support injured workers with **ongoing consultation and guidance** throughout recovery.

**About You**
