We're looking for an experienced RTW Coordinator who's ready to deepen their skills in Injury Management (IM) and grow into broader Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) opportunities. Your Impact

As our RTW & Injury Management Coordinator, you'll be front and centre in supporting injured employees across the Victorian business. You'll be managing cases, coordinating RTW plans, and helping people get back to work safely and sustainably. Reporting to the State WHS Manager (Vic) and working closely with site leaders, you'll champion early intervention strategies and ensure our compliance is on point.

What You'll Do
  • Manage workplace injury claims and ensure compliance with WorkSafe Victoria requirements.
  • Develop and drive tailored RTW plans with employees, health professionals, and managers.
  • Provide training and advice to leaders and staff on RTW and injury management best practices.
  • Liaise with insurers, doctors, payroll, and regulatory bodies to keep everything moving smoothly.
  • Maintain detailed, accurate records in line with legislation and privacy standards.
  • Support WHS initiatives and help deliver injury prevention and continuous improvement strategies.
About you
  • Return to Work Coordinator Certification (WorkSafe Vic approved) – essential.
  • Relevant qualifications in Occupational Rehabilitation, Allied Health, WHS, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an RTW/Injury Management role—bonus if it's in a multi-site or health-related setting.
  • Solid understanding of Victorian workers compensation laws and return-to-work obligations.
  • Strong communication and people skills to coach, influence, and connect across all levels.
  • Highly organised with great time management skills.
