**Job Description**:
As E-Commerce Specialist you contribute to added customer value, a strong brand and increased sales by driving the experience, relevance and performance of your customer base in everyday execution.
You work towards aligned and cross-functional goals, driving omni sales performance and customer centricity in all parts of your work.
Maximize OMNI profitable net sales and customer base for H&M Australia and relevant customer group - short and long term, while leveraging the strengths of the online channel.
Responsible for the performance of customer segments on-site to secure set growth targets and increase customer satisfaction, short and long-term.
Daily optimization and evaluation of our customer journey in collaboration with possible external partners, across online touchpoints and components.
**Key **Responsibilities**
Sales & optimization:
- Drive net sales and day-to-day operations and execution of your customer segment/customer group in your e-com market
- Know your sales situation through sales and customer behaviour analysis and follow up on actions taken
- Identify opportunities, threats and set priorities based on biggest customer impact
- Responsible for daily optimisation and evaluation of our online touchpoints, components and customer relevance
- Align sales goals and execution strategy towards customer base growth
- Optimize content on site & provide input to Customer Activation & Marketing team
Customer:
- Responsible for performance and follow up online customer segments
- Identify potentials in customer base segments to drive maximum customer impact
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize content interactions and secure customer relevance by optimizing each landing page
- Give input on what assortment is relevant to whom based on data & insights & send feedback to merchandising
- Identify customer potentials within full assortment in connection to customer segments and track trends (search, interaction changes on site connecting to commercial messages ) shifts in spend and customer demand prediction
- Track and follow up experience KPIs on site and in owned channels
- Know your sales market, customer behavior, customer expectations and competitor overview
- Execute and optimize local SEO for your segment
Collaboration:
- Work closely with Media planner to evaluate commercial messages in owned channels to ensure best commercial execution
- Work closely with the merchandising team to optimize push vs pull in product execution (customer demand vs business need)
- Collaborate with regional team in cross channel testing, targeting and evaluation
- Brief on site placements to be published on weekly level
**Qualifications**:
- University Degree, preferably in Business, Economics, Marketing, Analytics or E-commerce
- 2+ years of E-commerce experience
- 2+ years' experience working with data analysis to take strategic decisions
- Omni retail experience preferable
- Sales and web analysis experience including Google Analytics
- Experience working in and/or consuming reports from Tableau & Power-Bi or other platforms used
- Previous experience working with customer segments/groups

- You will report to the Ecommerce Commercial Manager within the Customer activation & Marketing team
