Job Title

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized E-commerce Operations Specialist to join our team.

This pivotal role will cover e-commerce operations, marketing, and customer service, requiring someone who can multitask effectively.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and managing the Shopify store, including products, data, and integrations.
  • Configuring and maintaining accurate inventory systems is also crucial in this role.
  • You will organize samples and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure seamless operations.
  • Providing excellent customer service and following up with customers as needed is an essential aspect of this position.
  • Collaborating with designers and developers on website optimizations is also required.
  • You will assist with backend admin and operations tasks, as well as develop operating processes as the venture scales.
  • This role offers opportunities for growth and expansion as the company grows, allowing you to lead marketing activities, assemble a part-time team, or build an e-commerce operations team around you.
