Today, our brands are sold in more than 170 countries worldwide.Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and enthusiastic HR Administrator to join our team.
This role is central to supporting our employees and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR and office operations.
The HR Administrator will be responsible for managing employee life cycles, supporting recruitment, maintaining compliance, and contributing to a positive and professional workplace environment.Key ResponsibilitiesHuman ResourcesServe as the first point of contact for HR-related queries, providing timely and accurate support.Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including documentation, equipment issuance/return, and induction scheduling.Support managers with recruitment processes, from posting roles to coordinating interviews.Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS systems in line with local labor laws.Administer vacation accruals and leave tracking.Complete monthly HR reporting and respond to information requests from Group HR and internal stakeholders.Support the implementation of HR processes such as performance reviews and other initiatives.Ensure compliance with labor law, health & safety regulations, data protection, and company policies.Office ManagementOversee office supplies and services to ensure a professional and well-equipped working environment.Support the management of office and general expenses, ensuring accurate processing within budget.Coordinate meetings internally and externally, including logistics and room setup.Manage company documentation and ensure secure and compliant filing of records.Provide support on ad hoc administrative projects as needed.Qualifications & RequirementsMinimum 1+ years of experience in HR, office management, or a combined role.Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR compliance.Excellent organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence.Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS systems preferred.Ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.Why Join UsAt Stoli Group, you will play a key role in shaping the employee experience while working in a fast-paced, international environment.
