**About Us**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and provide a welcoming experience.
- Take and process customer orders accurately.
- Prepare and serve drinks according to Sharetea standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the store.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues politely.
- Assist with stock management and restocking when required.

**Requirements**:

- Previous customer service or retail experience is an advantage (but not required).
- Friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to work weekdays, weekends, and evenings as rostered.
- Must have valid working rights in Australia.
