HS CONSORTIUM CAPITAL ADVISORY P/L is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Investment Adviser to join our dynamic team in Melbourne.
As a Financial Investment Adviser, you will play a crucial role in providing expert financial guidance to our clients, helping them achieve their financial goals through tailored investment strategies and comprehensive financial planning.Tasks included:Conduct in-depth interviews with prospective clients to assess their financial status, goals, and risk tolerance, and discuss their financial objectives such as retirement planning or wealth accumulation.Develop tailored financial plans and investment strategies that align with clients' risk profiles and objectives, and set clear financial goals with steps to achieve them.
Monitor investment performance, review and revise investment plans based on changes in clients' circumstances or market conditions, and provide recommendations on buying and selling securities.
Recommend appropriate insurance cover to protect clients' assets and assist them in understanding different insurance products.
Manage funds from personal superannuation savings policies and unit trusts, ensuring investments maximize returns while managing risks.
Refer clients to other organizations for services not provided by HS CONSORTIUM CAPITAL ADVISORY P/L and coordinate with other financial institutions to ensure comprehensive financial services.Ensure all financial advice and transactions comply with relevant regulations, and maintain accurate records of client interactions and financial activities.
Qualification and Work Experience Requirement:Master's degree in Business with a major in Banking and Finance from a reputable institution like Monash University, with relevant core courses.At least 3 years in financial advisory roles, including corporate banking or similar high-level positions.Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, proficiency in MS Office, and fluency in English.
High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in a team.
