Your Role
You'll join our Advisory team as a Senior Financial Adviser, delivering high-quality advice to clients across wealth accumulation, super, retirement planning, SMSFs, insurance and tax strategy and more. You'll work directly with clients and be supported by in-house paraplanning, client services, Sales and marketing team so you can focus on advice, relationships and outcomes.

This role suits someone who can "hit the ground running," delivering strategic advice that adds significant client value while fostering strong team and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised, strategic advice across super, SMSF, investments, tax and insurance

• Manage and grow a portfolio of clients with complex advice needs

• Conduct thorough fact finds, identify key risks and opportunities, and build clear financial roadmaps

• Present advice in a way that drives confidence and decision-making

• Maintain up-to-date advice documentation and ensure full compliance

• Conduct regular reviews and adapt strategies to changing client needs

• Work with internal paraplanning/admin to ensure smooth execution

• Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and drive growth

About You

• 5–10+ years' experience as a Financial Adviser

• FASEA-qualified and listed on the ASIC Financial Adviser Register

• Strong technical knowledge across super, SMSF, investments, tax and insurance

• Track record of managing complex client strategies and delivering outcomes

• Confident communicator who can influence, educate and lead clients

• High attention to detail and a strong grasp of compliance

• Commercial mindset with a focus on retention and growth

• Experienced using platforms like Xplan or similar
