Key Responsibilities

The Senior Analyst, Investment Strategy plays a pivotal role in driving the development and implementation of commercial models that facilitate investment and project delivery.

  • Ownership is taken for financial feasibility models, including preparation, interrogation, and maintenance. This includes proposing, producing, and critically analysing options and sensitivities to support investment proposals.
  • A close partnership is established with the Senior Manager and wider business to advise on appropriate investment strategies. Data-driven recommendations are made based on an assessment of project risk, return, and policy objectives.
  • Macro level research is conducted and applied to inform financial forecasting and assumptions across the portfolio of investments.
  • Standardised financial models are developed and maintained to be applied uniformly across various asset classes.
  • Collaboration occurs with the Finance and Operations Groups for ongoing facilities, tenancy, and funding management of property investments.
  • Relationships are built and maintained with key stakeholders through proactive approaches.
