Are you a qualified financial adviser looking to find your new home in a boutique practice, where direct client referrals are a constant source of new growth? Are you seeking a long-term opportunity to become a partner in a highly reputable business?If so, we'd love to hear from you.

We're a boutique firm based in Cheltenham, with an office in Mansfield, Victoria, dedicated to delivering tailored financial advice to achieve the best outcomes for our clients. We have a unique opportunity for you to take over an existing loyal client base, working with a current senior adviser during an extensive handover period. You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a financial adviser role, with further training and mentorship available from our highly experienced team.

About the Role

We're seeking a fully qualified Financial Adviser ready to take the next step in their career. You'll have the option of working from either our Cheltenham or Mansfield office, with occasional travel to clients.

This role offers exposure to all aspects of the financial planning process in a supportive, agile environment.You'll work closely with a loyal client base, delivering tailored advice and building long-term relationships. This is a hands-on role where your ideas and initiative will be valued from day one, and you have a clear opportunity to work towards part ownership in the business.

What You'll Bring

We are looking for someone who has:

·Qualifications:Completed an approved financial planning degree or equivalent.

·Registrations:Authorised Representative status. Financial Adviser Exam passed. CPD up to date.

·Experience:Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an advice role with demonstrated ability to manage client relationships independently.

·Technical Knowledge:Strong technical knowledge and experience in all aspects of financial planning, compliance, and client engagement process.

·Software Proficiency:Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and various financial planning software and modelling tools. Experience with platforms such as North, HUB24, and Expand would be beneficial.

·Personal Attributes:

• A proactive, innovative mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently in an efficient manner.
• A passion for delivering exceptional client service, driving positive client experiences and outcomes.
• A desire to partner with the other advisers to continue to grow the business.
• An ability to take ownership and responsibility for your own work.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
