Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Investment Financial Analyst to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for finance and accounting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare financial reports, including month-end activities, budgeting, forecasting, and trade management and reconciliation.
  • Manage cash flows, projections, and reporting; collateral management, futures, and equity lending borrowing facilities.
  • Monitor and analyse FX hedge position and reporting; covenant monitoring and reporting.
  • Unit pricing and preparing and reconciling investment-related financial statements and reports.

The successful candidate will be required to:

  • Manage daily accounting tasks related to investments, including journal entries and reconciliations.
  • Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and liaise with external auditors as required.
  • Support the implementation of new accounting systems or processes within the department.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and strong Excel skills.
  • CA/CPA Qualified, Business Services experience within a CA or CPA Firm.
  • Experience in investment accounting or financial reporting within the Financial Services industry ideal.
