**As an Establishment Officer, you will be responsible for**:

- Performing establishment management processes including organisational structure re-alignment activities/MoG changes within the associated data integrity standards
- Performing user acceptance testing to support HR system upgrades/enhancements, MoG changes and legislative changes
- Analysing and interpreting establishment management practices, quickly recommending effective solutions and coordinating with the appropriate internal business areas to facilitate resolutions.
- Preparing and providing accurate and timely advice, including reports and correspondence, in response to the needs of customers, clients, management, staff and various stakeholders
- Developing and maintaining productive work relationships to identify and implement business practice improvements, utilising computerised information and automation where possible, ensuring a high-quality service to customers
- Developing and maintaining up to date processes and work instructions to handle team workloads, complying with relevant human resource and payroll related policies, entitlements, procedures and practices
- Collaborate in an accountable, fair, and safe work environment by embracing human resource management practices including workplace health and safety, employment equity, anti-discrimination, and performance management.

**Other requirements**: Occasional weekend work may be required during peak workload periods to support business-as-usual and project work.
