About the Role:
Dining establishment managers are sought to lead teams and drive sales growth in a fast-paced environment. This role involves motivating staff, ensuring high operational standards, and developing team members' skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate 20-50 team members to achieve sales growth and engagement within the restaurant
- Work closely with area managers to maintain high standards, including rostering, recruitment, stock management, and compliance
- Empower team members' development through regular check-ins, performance reviews, and creating talent pipelines for promotions
- Manage business finances, including profit and loss, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Own local community programs by engaging with community groups to make a positive impact

Requirements:
- 6+ years of leadership experience managing a team of 20+ in hospitality or entertainment venues
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and creating a positive work environment
- Strong analytical skills with experience managing budgets, KPIs, and generating reports for sales growth
- Organized and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a passion for hospitality
- Customer-focused approach with a commitment to empowering team members to provide excellent service
