Our client located in Norwest invests in select projects with strong asset bases, proven track records, and secured by property in quality locations. They have become a manager of choice for high-net-worth individuals, companies, family offices, and Self-Managed Super Fund Investors.

**About the role**

The primary responsibility of the role is to provide the highest quality fund administration and client service to new clients, and product owners in a professional and efficient manner. Your duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following.
- Onboarding of investors
- Allotment of investments
- Unit Certificate issue
- Redemptions
- Fund Interest Distribution
- Quarterly, Bi-annual, and Annual fund reporting
- Management reporting
- ID & Business verification checks using Green ID
- Investor correspondence through fund management software Titanium
- Manage multiple relationships - Responsible Entity, Client funds, project managers, entity owners, internal and external accountants, and auditors.
- Examining bank statements and reconciling them with general ledger entries
- Preparing financial reports for management
- Filing & Record keeping
- Support the CEO with any project work, presentations, and ad hoc tasks

- Tertiary qualification in Finance, Management or related discipline
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a Fund Management/Investment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Good financial and commercial acumen
- Motivated and diligent individual who can meet deadlines
- Previous experience with Titanium Digital software would by highly regarded although not essential
