Join our Enterprise division in Macquarie Asset Management and support our fund service and administration team, responsible for daily investment operations including management of investment schemes and client mandates.

What role will you play?

You will oversee daily, monthly, and quarterly unit pricing, including ETFs, review fund distributions, and mandate performance. Additionally, you will coordinate new fund and client onboarding, manage fund terminations, liaise with product and front office teams such as portfolio managers, risk, and compliance, and oversee three junior staff members.

What you offer
  • 5+ years' experience in fund accounting, service, or administration
  • Understanding of unit pricing, performance, and tax distributions
  • Knowledge of domestic and international fixed income, equities, including ETFs
  • Experience managing small teams (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Degree in finance, accounting, or related field
