Job Description

At our organization, we are seeking an experienced professional to fill the pivotal role of Senior Relationship Manager in a Sydney office. As a market leader in fund administration services, we require an individual with a versatile background encompassing registry, fund administration, relationship management, and vendor oversight.

The successful candidate will oversee the outsourced relationship with our Registry provider while serving as the primary escalation point for clients. This critical position demands an independent, decisive, and client-focused individual who can guide outcomes that benefit both the company and clients.

Your primary responsibility will be managing and overseeing the outsourced service provider responsible for registry and member administration services across managed funds, investment platforms, SMSF, and superannuation funds.

  • Implementing and managing incident management procedures, ensuring all incidents are recorded and monitored through resolution using the incident management tool.
  • Reviewing incident reports and ensuring accurate details of issue causes, remediation, and preventative measures are documented.
  • Evaluating performance, including delivery against service level agreements, and reviewing monthly KPIs for clients, investors, regulatory bodies, and internal teams.

Key skills required include 5-10 years of experience in registry or related fund administration, coupled with strong team management, relationship management, account management, and vendor oversight skills. The ability to engage with individuals of all seniority levels effectively, fostering positive working relationships is also essential. Previous experience collaborating with external service providers demonstrates a clear understanding of such dynamics.
